Went to the gyno and had a thorough check-up, internal, BP, etc. Blood Pressure a bit high, but I'm sure that's because I've been in a right state all day! Anyway, he scanned me and there was our boy, larger than life! Heartbeat strong, wriggling away! I had a little snivle, with relief I think! The Dr thinks that the bleed could possibly have been down to some energetic 'relations' as he so politely put it, last night! God! How embarrassing! Then he turned to Mark and told him that 'if you continually bang at the door, sooner or later the lock will break'. BIG CRINGE!! So, all that because of a bit of nookie!!! Mark can tie a knot in it for a while! I'm back on bed rest for 48hrs which, after 7wks of it, is nothing! Feeling very chilled and relaxed now, if not a little embarrassed!!!
I mentioned my on going problem with the iron medication and I've now got to try iron effervscent tablets. Hopefully they'll be OK. Going to spend a couple of days relaxing, although I have to do a certain amount of sorting out because Shorty arrives Wednesday night. I've got an appointment tomorrow with the (horrible) MW, and another scan in Alicante on Wednesday so, all in all, a very baby orientated week!
No news yet on Lily passport. We were hoping to be back in the UK this weekend but, from what I've heard about the weather, it's probably best if we stay here!!
