We had a lovely blast of fresh air up at Crickley Hill, with the Brenchley's. It was bracing, but beautiful and helped to blow a few cobwebs away. Over the Christmas break we haven't been anywhere or done anything because the family has been playing tag team lergies and I've been working. So we've decided to treat ourselves to a trip to the cinema followed by pizza tomorrow. Paddy is sleeping over with Tom and Harry afterwards and Zoë is coming to us. Paddy is hugely excited by this, even more so because he gets to spend the following day with Grandy and Rose!
We've settled down for a cosy night if watching films and eating leftover Christmas chocolates. Afterwards I need to rewash several loads of clean washing after having to bath Bertie (Crickley is VERY muddy) as he decided to dry himself on them. Hhmph.
